Hi I am Riley, their grandson – # 1 Grandson according to Pops and Elise. When I came to Hawaii I thought that it was going to be calm and boring but I soon learned that nothing with my grandparents is boring. They are always keeping you entertained and busy. The second week we where here, we were either reading about how to dive, diving in a pool or in the big blue. With one more week to go I have no clue what they are going to do next. for all of those debating whether to dive or not I would strongly recommend you to at least try it. Scuba Diving is amazing. You are emerged in a whole new world. A world of fish and coral. Well I’ll leave it at that and let my sister take a crack at this blog.

Hi, I am Megan their granddaughter. Elise and Pops say #1 Granddaughter. When I learned that we were going to Hawaii, I thought that all we were going to do was lay on the beach. But I was wrong. While our mom was here we went to see Diamond Head and Waimea Falls. When she left we had to study our scuba books and learn about scuba diving from the instructor. I thought that all that we were going to do when we dived was look at fish but you have to use some of the skills they teach you just to go underwater. Everything underwater is weightless. It feels like a dream, like it is unreal. But it is real, there are fish everywhere, all around you. It is unbelievable. You might even see a shark, turtle, or an octopus, don’t worry they won’t hurt you unless you hurt them. We have less than a week left and knowing my grandparents, it will be full of surprises. This vacation was nothing like I thought it would be. I will miss them a lot and will be sad to be leaving. This is going to be a very exciting week.
